The Number 1500 is the largest number to appear in the Torah as the value of a single word. It is not particularly
evident in the KJV translation of Number 16:13 because the word tishtarer (you shall rule)
is lost in the linguistic constuct "thou make thyself altogether a prince."
This word is cognate with Sar
(Prince/Ruler = 500). This is the only word in the Torah with this value.
The Number 1500 coincides with the value of the Greek phos (light) and God's explicit teaching
that "the Torah is light" (Proverbs 6:23).
We have here a profound
revelation the Light of God's Rule from Mount Zion with power.
