Revelation 16 Psalm 38

And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great. And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.

Revelation 16:16

A Psalm of David, to bring to remembrance. O LORD, rebuke me not in thy wrath: neither chasten me in thy hot displeasure. For thine arrows stick fast in me, and thy hand presseth me sore.

Psalm 38 (Inner Cycle: Spoke 16, Cycle 2)

These two verses are the only verses in the King James Version that contain the word "remembrance" and "wrath." They form an Inner Cycle Spoke 16 KeyLink. Using modnotation to write 38 = 16₂ is a compact way to show that Psalm 38 resides on Spoke 16, Cycle 2 of the Inner Cycle of Psalms. Thus we have this KeyLink:

On the Inner Cycle of the Psalms, Psalm 38 corresponds to the Book of Zechariah on Spoke 16. The phrase "to bring a remembrance" in its title is an anagram of "L'Zechariah" meaning "For Zechariah" as discussed at length in Psalm 38: For a Remembrance.
