Spoke 5
Matthew 27 Daniel
Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost.
And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom;
and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent; And the graves were opened; and many bodies
of the saints which slept arose, And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and
went into the holy city, and appeared unto many.
Matthew 27 (vs. 50f)
And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake,
some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt. And they that
be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many
to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.
Book 27 (Daniel 12.2f)
The link between Matthew 27 and Book 27 (Daniel) is astounding to behold.
Both passages use the same
phrase sleep or slept to refer to the dead who would be raised.
Searching the entire
KJV for all verses containing the set (many, sleep/slept, awake/arose) [Verify] yields exactly
two verses, both of which are quoted above. We have
therefore the following KeyLink:
| KeyLink: The Dead Arise | PMatthew( 27 ) PBible( 27 ) |
This Spoke 5 Keylink integrates with the dominant Spoke 5 theme of
Life that originated on
Fifth Day of Creation when God created the first living creatures.
There is another KeyLink that connects to Deuteronomy (Book 5) and the coming of the Saints. Searching the
entire KJV for all verses containing the set (Saints, Rose/Arose) yields exactly two verses: Matthew 27.52 (quoted
above) and Deuteronomy 33.2f:
And he said, The LORD came from Sinai, and rose up from Seir unto them;
he shined forth from mount Paran, and he came with ten thousands of saints:
from his right hand went a fiery law for them.
Yea, he loved the people; all his saints are in thy hand: and they sat down
at thy feet; every one shall receive of thy words.
Note that this verse, which is quoted by Jude, points to the return of Christ and the universal resurrection.
I will use modnotation to write 27 = 52 (Spoke 5, Cycle 2) to make the connection
between Matthew 27, Deuteronomy, and Spoke 5 clear:
