Spoke 18
Isaiah 62 - Righteousness in Zion!
For Zion's sake will I not hold my peace, and for Jerusalem's sake I will not
rest, until the righteousness thereof go forth as brightness, and
the salvation thereof as a lamp that burneth.
Inner Wheel: Spoke 18, Cycle 3 (Isaiah 62.1)
All three highlighted words are deeply integrated with the essence of the letter
Tsaddi.
Both (Zion) and
(Tsadekah, Righteousness) are fundamental Tsaddi
KeyWords, and the word translated as
"go forth" is the masculine third person qal imperfect related to the qal imperative
(Tsey!, Go Forth!)
which is discussed in relation to the Isaiah 40 article The Gospel Goes Forth!
It never ceases to thrill my soul to see such glory of God! Furthermore, the theme
of the passage above is based on the idea of a just government, which is the basis
of some of the primary events of the Eighteenth Century. the Yet such joy is nothing compared to
what I feel when the truth of the promises enter my soul and I know that I will live - whether in
this body or in the resurrection - to see the Righteousness of God! Glory!
This chapter is particularly intriguing because it also is part of a set of internal
Spoke 18 KeyLinks with Isaiah 40 which exactly mimics the largscale structure of the Bible
Wheel. Truly, Isaiah is the Wheel within the Wheel! To see this, consider these words from
Isaiah 62.11:
Go through, go through the gates; prepare ye the way of the people;
cast up, cast up the highway; gather out the stones; lift up a standard for the people.
Behold, the LORD hath proclaimed unto the end of the world, Say ye to the daughter of Zion,
Behold, thy salvation cometh; behold, his reward is with him, and his work before him.
Sound familiar? It is a declaration to clear the way! This is the command necessary to prepare the
way for the Gospel to (Tsey!, Go Forth!).
Note the specific reference to the "highway" and the phrase "prepare ye the way."
Searching the entire KJV
for both of these elements yields exactly two verses: Isaiah 40.3 and Isaiah 62.10, and we have
the following Spoke 18 KeyLink connecting Cells 40 and 62 of the Inner Wheel of Isaiah:
KeyLink: Prepare the Highway! LinkSet (Highway, 'Prepare ye the way') | Isaiah 40 Isaiah 62 |
If we now expand the search to include all verses that simply contain the phrase "prepare ye the way" we pick up
the three parallel Gospel Matthew 3.3, Mark 1.3, and Luke 3.4. These proclaim the fulfillment of the prophecy
of John the Baptist given in Isaiah 40.3, which forms a first order projective KeyLink
with Matthew 3 as
discussed in the article The Gospel Goes Forth!:

Yet there is more! Continuing in Isaiah 40, we read this from verses 9 and 10:
O Zion, that bringest good tidings, get thee up into the high mountain;
O Jerusalem, that bringest good tidings, lift up thy voice with strength; lift it up,
be not afraid; say unto the cities of Judah, Behold your God! Behold, the Lord GOD will
come with strong hand, and his arm shall rule for him: behold,
his reward is with him, and his work before him.
This is of course, the great command from God to proclaim the Gospel, which demonstrates
the magnificent divine design linking the large scale structure of the Bible to that of Isaiah. But for
now it is the second phrase that hold my interest, for it forms another internal KeyLink
between Isaiah 40 and 62. Searching the entire Bible for all verses containing the exact
phrase "behold, his reward is with him,
and his work before him" yields but one other verse, Isaiah 62.11:
Behold, the Lord GOD will come with strong hand, and his arm shall rule for him:
behold, his reward is with him, and his work before him.
Now the real miracle of God is that the Hebrew of these two phrases is absolutely identical - letter-for-letter!
Its as if God just copied Isaiah 40.10 and pasted it into Isaiah 62.11. The phrase
appears nowhere in all the Bible but
in verses quoted above. We have therefore, another KeyLink between Cycle 2 and Cycle 3 of Spoke 18 of the
Inner Wheel of Isaiah:
