The Number 913: In the beginning

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

Genesis 1.1

But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.

I Corinthians 8.6

The LORD hath made known his salvation: his righteousness hath he openly shewed in the sight of the heathen. He hath remembered his mercy and his truth toward the house of Israel: all the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God (888).

Psalm 98.2f

The First Word of the Bible is numerically equivalent to the Greek phrase God the Father. This mimics the analytic meaning of the First Word of the Hebrew language Av (Father) which signifies the Leader (Aleph) of the House (Beyt). There is no doubt, the languages were designed to reveal the Glory of God (cf. 801)!
