The Number 746: Authority

And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof? And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon. And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon. And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.

Leviticus 24.11

The Number 746 = 2 x 373 (Logos/Word). It is the value of the Hebrew Name of the Second Book - Shemuth (Names). This integrates with many primary themes of Spoke 2 having to do with the Word and the Logos.

The first violation of the Third Commandment is recorded in theThird Book, Leviticus. This also is the first place where the Tetragrammaton is replaced with the phrase The Name = 746. All authority is invested in The Name.

The Number 746 is integrated with the HoloDec by being the value of the first Six commandments, modulated by the Number 55.
