The Valley of Jehoshaphat
Let the heathen be wakened, and come up to the valley of Jehoshaphat:
for there will I sit to judge all the heathen round about.
Joel 3:12 (Spoke 7, Cycle 2))
The Name Jehoshaphat means "The Lord is Judge." It is from the same root as the name
of the Seventh Book, Judges (Shophatim). It is closely related to the Divine
Title revealed only in the Seventh Book, "The Lord The Judge." Comparing the
two names, we see they differ only in the fact that two Heh's and a space are
removed from the longer name:
The Lord The Judge

Just as the Divine Title "The Lord The Judge"
appears only in Judges on Spoke 7, so "the valley of Jehoshaphat" where the
final judgment will happen appears only in the Book of Joel on Spoke 7. Strong's
Exhaustive Concordance has this to say about it:
[Jehoshaphat is the] symbolical name of a valley near Jerusalem which is
the place of ultimate judgment; maybe the deep ravine which separates Jerusalem from the
Mount of Olives through which the Kidron flowed
We have therefore a perfect thematic integration of the content from Cycle 1 and
Cycle 2 of Spoke 7:
