Genesis 15 Eliezer
After these things the word of the LORD came unto Abram in a vision,
saying, Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward.
And Abram said, Lord GOD, what wilt thou give me, seeing I go childless, and the
steward of my house is this Eliezer of Damascus?

Eliezer first appears in Genesis 15. His name
means God (Eli) is my (Ezer, Help).
The root is the basis of the name of Book 15, Ezra.
Moses used these words when he named his second son, as it is written in Exodus 18.4
And the name of the other was Eliezer; for the God
(Elohi) of my father, said he,
was mine help
(Ezri), and delivered me from the sword of Pharaoh:
All of this integrates with
the meaning of the fifteenth letter, Samekh, (Support, Uphold), as discussed at length
in the introductory article to Spoke 15.
