Spoke 16
2 Chronicles 16 Eyes of the Lord
For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew
himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him.
Herein thou hast done foolishly: therefore from henceforth thou shalt have wars.
2 Chronicles 16 (vs. 9)
For who hath despised the day of small things? for they shall rejoice,
and shall see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel with those seven; they are the eyes
of the LORD, which run to and fro through the whole earth.
Zechariah 4:10 (Spoke 16, Cycle 2)
Oh! The never-ending wonders of the Lord and His Holy Word! The two verses above form a KeyLink based on
the literal meaning of corresponding Hebrew Letter Ayin (Eye - cf. [Spoke 16] >
The Eyes of the Lord). The KeyLink is very strong. It is based
on the set (Eyes of the Lord, "run to and fro") [Verify] :

It is particularly wonderful to meditate upon the full meaning of 2 Chronicles 16.9 and know that the
God who took such care to design His Word also wove into its supernatural structure the promise that He
would "shew himself strong" on our behalf if our heart is perfect toward Him. What a wonderful promise, and
what a wonderful way to emphasise it!
Note also that 2 Chronicles is tracking perfectly here with Genesis 16
(cf. The God Who Sees).
Exactly the same phenomenon is seen
in the link between Genesis 15, 2 Chronicles 15, Book 15 (Ezra) and the
meaning of the Letter Samek.
