The Rabbinic association of YHVH (= 26 = 2 x 13 (ahavah/love) with mercy and Elohim (86 = tevah/natural law) makes good sense to me.
We also see this in nomos (law) = 430 = 5 x 86 (Elohim/tevah).
The number 5 naturally echoes the 5th Sefirot Gevurah which is the "essence of judgment and limitation". This
page from Aish.com explains Gevurah "is the attribute of law".
It is no mere coincidence that nomos (law) = 430 = arithmos (number) - gematria is self-verifying and self-teaching.

four hundred and thirty years after, cannot disannul, that it should make the promise of none effect.
