Yeah there is more to it than that. But you are going to reject it anyway. It's not enough for you that Alpha and Phi are dimensionless constants.
You somehow need more. So go into the riddle yourself.

1625 = CW of Vs(7) + CW of Vs(729) = 7 + 1618 = "777"
