Would appreciate any views or opinions on the topic of the Harding of the Heart that takes place in Exodus.

I have thrown into the tumbler of my mind several things.....:confused2:
1) The trickel down affect on a society lead by an ungodly ruler.
2) The oposite there of, the affect of one of Gods children living in the mist of non, this as a common thread.
3) Predestination, Providence.

I am really looking for any thing to take a side trip on the harding of Pharaoh's heart including opinions on the general population under his athority. I noticed in Exodus 9:20 He that feared the word of the Lord among the servants of Pharaoh made his servants and his cattle flee into the houses:

Also how many other examples are there of God harding a heart.

lots of love

I was looking at the Bible Wheel to see what shared the spoke with the story of Exodus. In looking into the history of Jeremiah the first thing I came across was reference to him as the "broken hearted prophet."

In being lead by a feeling I ended up looking into Jewish holidays, as I am left to wonder about the feelings in Christ heart as he headed into the crucifixion.

Is there a spiritual rift in seasons? Eccl 3:1 To every thing there is a season and a time to every purpose under the heaven.

Is there a good source for looking at the relationship of human anatomy, and biblical anatomy? The obvious being the 23 chomosomes, 22 being the autosomes and one sex chomosomes, and the relation of the 22 Hebrew leters, the 22 spokes on the wheel...........

Hi Karst678, :welcome:

Welcome to the forum.

Speaking of "hearts" here's a link to an interesting thread on this forum discussing that very topic, The Alphabetic Heart of Hearts of God's Word (http://biblewheel.com/forum/showthread.php?t=220).

God Bless

Just skimmed over the link, that looks to be the very sort of information I am wanting to meditate on heading into Easter.

Thank you, thank you.....

I just love the way the people here take time to respond to those of us who are, I don't know how to put it, novice, starting over........it gives me hope....I get a little overwhelmed, now that my eyes can see........There is soooo much to know, that I have been blind to through out the last 37 years with the Lord, that I wish I could get it through osmosis.

Anyways Bless You and Thank You Kindly.....
