This is a great one!
A lot of things are common between the two and contrasting too.
Moses was presumed dead. Jonah was presumed dead.
The Israelites had turned away from God and so did the Ninevites.
God's wrath was kindled against the two.
They turned back to God with fasting.
I found a lot of words and phrases in common which I can't show everything right now. But check fierce anger/wrath; repent; evil.
Also check David's fasting in 2 Samuel 11 also in spoke 10.
