Ps119:11 "Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee".
This psalm should have a link connecting it to the story of Rahab, who hid the two spies.. She's called a harlot, but w/o any account of such activity, and she goes on to marry Salmon and they have a son 'Boaz'. It's a difficult allegory IMO, but her house is IN THE WALL when the wall's came down.
Heb11:31 "By faith the harlot Rahab perished not with them that believed not, when she had received the spies with peace".
Joshua 2:1 "And Joshua the son of Nun sent out of Shittim two men to spy secretly, saying, Go view the land, even Jericho. And they went, and came into an harlot's house, named Rahab, and lodged there".
"I and my Father are one", John 10:30. Not disrespecting the Trinity, but the two spies seen by Rahab are comparable to Jesus the WORD and his Father, and Ps119:11.
Josh 6:25 "And Joshua saved Rahab the harlot alive, and her father's household, and all that she had; and she dwelleth in Israel even unto this day; because she hid the messengers, which Joshua sent to spy out Jericho".
Heb4:8 For if Jesus had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day.
SAVED! Here in OT is Rahab being Saved, and by Joshua (spelled Jesus in NT).. :thumb:
