So has science figured out where our mind/soul is?
And what of the inputs of the flesh body to the brain?(or other way around)
Does science have any proof on the interaction of the soul with the spirit body?

Hi Funky1096,
Science is fairly certain that consciousness does emerge out of matter, since there has never been one verifiable case of consciousness existing without a body. It seems that the greater the degree of complexity of matter the higher the intellectual level of consciousness. In humans at around two years of age the child becomes aware of its “self” who then can experience a relationship between itself and other things. This relationship is what creates who we are – our individual personalities – which continues to develop throughout our lifetime.
Now as to what happens to this “self consciousness/soul” after the body dies is something that will probably never be known, but if it does continue on it could not be the same “soul” that emerges from our bodies. It seems we are a product of all the relationships experienced in our bodies, thus our “selves” are created out of, united with and inseparable from, the matter of our bodies.
All the best,
Rose

Ah perfect so without a spirit body(which science cannot prove?) our conscience or soul dies.

Ah the first part about the two year old "self" makes sense the inputs of the physical to the "self/soul" but if we do not know for sure where this "self/soul" is. How can you say it is attached to our physical body?
The Bible in many places encourages them "with ears to hear" to listen and perceive. Apperently it may be talking about the spirit body inputting to the self/soul.
[EDIT]
Btw thanks for the input made me think about bodies Biblically.

By simple deduction we know that the self/soul grows into who we are through the experiences of our physical bodies, with that being the case our self/souls are innately attached to our bodies. Our brain/mind is what processes the experiences that form our individual personalities and stores our memories.

Ah so scientifically when the physical body dies the soul/self goes with it.
Scriptualy some of us have a spirit body that lives forever. So when our physical body dies it either goes with the only avaliable alternative (the spirit body) or without a spirit body it goes with the physical back into the dust.
