OK folks, it is ready. I said in my post in the thread; 'War in Heaven - Revelation 12:7' I would start a thread dealing with the 70th week of Daniel's prophecy. Having committed myself to the task, unexpected work lead to delays.
I guessed my post would be long and it has now reached 11 pages. Each time I read through to check for typos and grammar, I felt it necessary to add a little more content, so the original 4 to 6 pages has grown. The document is now attached as a pdf file.
A subject like this is difficult to discuss without introducing other subjects. This can lead us down lots of side trails, so we will have to try and stay focused on the subject of the thread. I felt it necessary to give a preface and an addendum to the main article which will give the background as to why I think there is much prophecy to be fulfilled in the future and for why I think our future is based on this earth. These are doctrines we do not all share and therefore that affects the way we read into prophecy. The only one real truth is such that all prophecy must fit into it.
Like a jigsaw puzzle,the more pieces you have left over in the closing stages of completing the picture which you cannot get the pieces to fit means that other pieces of the jigsaw have been placed in the wrong position. The person with the least number of pieces left over has probably got most of the picture correct. If we have too many pieces left over that will just not fit, not only do we have an incomplete picture, but the picture we have pieced together is probably not the correct picture at all.
