2 Kings 16:9 KJV - And the king of Assyria hearkened unto him: for the king of Assyria went up against Damascus, and took it, and carried [the people of] it captive to Kir, and slew Rezin.
2 Chronicles 16:4 KJV - And Benhadad hearkened unto king Asa, and sent the captains of his armies against the cities of Israel; and they smote Ijon, and Dan, and Abelmaim, and all the store cities of Naphtali.
I didn't find any links but thematically 2 kings of Judah Asa and Ahaz ask Syria and Assyria to help them.
