Looking at the Septuagint (http://www.ecmarsh.com/lxx-kjv/1_samuel/1sam_001.htm) opened my eyes to the meaning of the name Arimathaea (http://www.blueletterbible.org/lang/lexicon/lexicon.cfm?Strongs=G707&t=KJV):

Armathaim Sipha in the Septuagint
Arimathaea = "heights"

1) the name of several cities in Palestine The one mentioned in Mat. 27:57, Mk 15:43, Lk. 23:51, Jn 19:38 appears to have been the same as the birthplace of Samuel in Mount Ephraim.
originally called:
Ramathaimzophim (http://www.ecmarsh.com/lxx-kjv/1_samuel/1sam_001.htm)
Hmmm.....

Looking at the meaning of the rest of the names:

1Samuel 1

2 And he had two wives; the name of the one was Hannah (http://www.blueletterbible.org/lang/lexicon/lexicon.cfm?Strongs=H2584&t=KJV), and the name of the other Peninnah (http://www.blueletterbible.org/lang/lexicon/lexicon.cfm?Strongs=H6444&t=KJV): and Peninnah had children, but Hannah had no children.
