I'm looking at the definition of the names in Ezekiel 38-39:
Gog = "mountain"
Magog = "land of Gog"
Rosh = head, top, summit, upper part, chief, total, sum, height, front, beginning
Mesech or Meshech = "drawing out" (Similar to the name Moses)
Tubal = "thou shall be brought"
Persia = "pure" or "splendid"
Cush = "black"
Phut or Put = "a bow"
Gomer = "complete"
Togarmah = "thou wilt break her"
Sheba = "seven" or "an oath"
Dedan = "low country"
Tarshish or Tharshish = "yellow jasper"
It seems like it's describing the event of Ezekiel 38-39.
Ezekiel 38:4 And I will turn thee back, and put hooks חַחִים - The name Chechen derives from this into thy jaws, and I will bring thee forth, and all thine army, horses and horsemen, all of them clothed with all sorts [of armour, even] a great company [with] bucklers and shields, all of them handling swords:
