I've been a shift crew lead/operator going on eleven years at my certain work place. But have a desire to excell in another area although my next promotion would come in the way of supervision, I'm inclined to go into the field of plc technician. I have recently talked to my plant manager and he stated that they were just saying that they would be in need of another technician on second shift. I'm under consideration, so I'm asking if you would say a prayer if it be in God plan.
